Miranda Basye is originally from the Sioux Falls area and attended the University of Sioux Falls. She's an avid learner, passionate communicator, and people lover. With a background in marketing, digital advertising, and entrepreneurial business, she enjoys getting to know others and hearing their stories. With a heart to create something better for the greater good, Miranda is motivated by the pursuit of knowledge and inspired at the larger impact strategic application can have on entire regions, organizations, individuals, and everything in between!

Miranda joins the Sioux Metro Growth Alliance in February of 2023 as the Director of Engagement. In her role, she will help SMGA increase programming offers to its members and investors in addition to managing the communications and brand image of the organization.
