This year's agenda includes an annual economic update by Joe Santos, Ph.D., Director and Professor of Economics in the Ness School of Management and Economics at South Dakota State University, where he oversees the Dykhouse Program in Money, Banking, and Financial Regulation. Joe's areas of research include financial regulation and monetary policy. He is the voice of Monday Macro (http://schooleddotblog.com), which airs on select Mondays on South Dakota Public Radio’s In the Moment with Lori Walsh. Dr. Santos earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Rutgers University. 
 
Jodi Schwan is a next-generation media leader. Based in Sioux Falls, S.D., she is the founder of Align Content Studio, providing content strategy, production and distribution to clients in a broad range of industries. She also develops and oversees Align's original content brands including www.SiouxFalls.business. Jodi is a former editor, broadcaster and columnist who also is a frequently requested public speaker.

Jodi will present her quarterly CEO Survey results and serve as moderator.
