Description
2020 Manufacturer's Jobs and Innovation Showcase
Emphasizing the important role of manufacturing is a priority of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Chamber works on legislative remedies to industry needs and continually champions the economic importance of the industry and the tremendous employment opportunities that you provide. Our Business Day Manufacturer's Showcase is one of our most visible efforts.
In 2020, we are expanding our focus to include jobs and the innovation factors of manufacturing. In addition to the traditional digital showcase, this year you have the opportunity to submit a table centerpiece-size product that would be featured under the heading of “Did you know that we make this in South Dakota?”
Our goal for this format is to allow more manufacturing members to participate and be recognized during Business Day, which also serves as our annual membership meeting. Several hundred community leaders attend Business Day, including a majority of state legislators, cabinet members, constitutional officers. This is an excellent venue to showcase your company, the products manufactured and employment opportunities.
